Evolve Corporate Finance, the specialist M&A advisory practice, has appointed Tom Summers in a new partner role as it expands its team in the East Midlands.
Summers joins the East Midlands team at Evolve as its second partner appointment in just four months, following the arrival of Richard Ellis in January. The move also comes shortly after the firm launched its Nottingham City Centre office in February, located in the Cubo building in Standard Court.
Summers takes on the role at Evolve after nine years with Cooper Parry’s Corporate Finance team, where he advised on lower mid-market transactions across trade and private equity, later specialising in sector-focused sell-side and private equity buy-side deals in industries such as healthcare, industrials, and professional services.
He will partner with Ellis to drive Evolve’s East Midlands expansion, supporting owner-managers and working with private equity firms and the wider professional community on sell- and buy-side transactions.
