Tom advises owner-managers on sell-side transactions, both domestically and internationally and supports private equity investors on buy-side opportunities across the lower mid-market. Tom brings a hands-on, technically rigorous approach with deep sector expertise industrial services, business services and healthcare.

Tom has over 15 years’ experience as an accountancy and corporate finance advisor and joined the team at Evolve Corporate Finance in 2026. Prior to this, he held a partner role in Cooper Parry’s Corporate Finance team where he advised on a mixture of trade and private equity lower mid-market transactions and then later focused on sector led sell-side and private equity buy-side transactions. Earlier in his career he spent time at Tenon (now RSM) in their Audit team and Corporate Finance team.

He is an ACA (ICAEW) Chartered Accountant and studied Physics at University of Oxford.

Outside of work Tom is a husband and father to two daughters. He is a keen cyclist and has previously completed the Mallorca 312 – a famous long-distance amateur cycling event. He follows sport, politics and economics and has a growing interest in AI and its impact on M&A.
