Evolve Corporate Finance’s Nottingham team has advised management of 3verest on its investment by ARCHIMED SAS, a global investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in the UK, 3verest provides private and sovereign cloud infrastructure for healthcare IT, keeping sensitive clinical data and workloads secure within their required jurisdiction.
The investment will help 3verest accelerate growth and expand its reach, drawing on ARCHIMED’s healthcare expertise and global platform. 3verest will continue to operate under its existing leadership team.
Tom Summers, partner, led the Evolve team, supported by Georgie Arthur, manager.
