Jonathan has 12 years of experience as a corporate finance professional, advising business owners, corporates, and institutions on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and raising finance across multiple industry sectors.

Jonathan qualified as an accountant, initially training with BDO before expanding his experience by moving into an industry role within both finance and audit teams. Before he joined our team, he worked in M&A at Springboard Corporate Finance where he advised businesses across a range of sectors including business services, consumer markets, and industrials.

In 2022 Jonathan was nominated as one of the region’s leading dealmakers for those aged 35 or below in the ‘Emerging Dealmaker’ category at the Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards.

Jonathan is a keen golfer and an avid follower of Wolves. Jonathan also enjoys countryside walks with his dog and spending time with family and friends over a good glass or two of red wine.
