David Lee
Experience
David works alongside our Partners to deliver a range of transactions including company acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and fund raising. He acts across a number of sectors and for a variety of clients including financial institutions, corporates, owner managers and founders.
David joined Evolve in September 2022 prior to which he was part of the Corporate Development team at AIM listed, Mortgage Advice Bureau. He qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC before joining Springboard Corporate Finance where he worked on M&A transactions across the mid-market.
