Evolve Corporate Finance advises award-winning PropTech firm Built-ID on its sale to LandTech
Midlands-based firms, Evolve Corporate Finance and Lodders Solicitors have advised the owners of Built-ID, an award-winning PropTech business that creates market-leading, digital community and occupier engagement software, on its sale to LandTech, a high-growth, venture capital-backed company.
Built-ID helps developers to deliver more socially impactful and sustainable outcomes and empowers communities to have a voice in the decision-making process. Its award-winning platform, 'Give My View,' enables customers to quantify their environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) impact more readily and accurately and offers data-rich insights and analysis for clients in the built environment, healthcare, renewable energy, and retail sectors. The deal sees LandTech acquire 100% of the share capital of Built-IDand will enable both businesses to accelerate their growth plans.
An advisory team at Evolve Corporate Finance advised Built-ID’s owners, led by partner, David Neate, and manager, Doug Allan, with legal advice provided by Graham Spalding (partner and head of business services) and LydiaLasseter (solicitor) at Lodders Solicitors.
